Anyone can meditate! Come along to understand the theory behind meditation and learn how to practice meditation and meditative breathing techniques to de-stress, relax and improve concentration.
Meditation is in complete contrast to daily life. It is a time of not doing, when we can let go and allow ourselves to be drawn inward to experience stillness, joy, creativity and vitality.
Michael has been practising meditation for many years and regularly attends retreats for his own well-being. He has taught sessions at Cheltenham Reflexology and Massage for a year and has recently started taking meditation classes at a local college.
Meditation classes are currently on a Wednesday evening from 6.30-8.30pm.
