Looking for a room to rent?

Here at Cheltenham Reflexology and Massage, we have a range of different sized rooms for you to rent in our lovely Regency building.  Based in the centre of Cheltenham, all our treatment rooms are clean and airy and come with a couch or seating arrangement.

They are suitable for Therapists, Counsellors, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors or Osteopaths.  Our treatment rooms are spread over two floors and have access to a kitchen and toilets.

Flexibility of use

Our pricing policy is flexible too.  You can hire a room for an hour, half a day or a day on an ad-hoc basis or if your business is more established, we offer a discount for a regular rental.

Online booking system a must?

If you are looking for a room to rent that allows online room booking – we have a £10/month therapist membership, payable by direct debit.  If you rent a room for 10 hours or more per month we re-imburse you your membership fee for that calendar month. There is just 1 month’s notice required if you decide you would like to end the agreement.  Once we have accepted your application to rent a therapy room you will be given access to our online room booking system.

As part of our offer, your clients are able to wait in our lovely calming reception area and our staff will look after them while they are waiting for their treatment.

Need a large space for training or an event?

Our main training room is very spacious at 7.4m x 5.58m.  It’s a great venue for corporate events, talks, birthday parties, hen parties and many other functions.  When hiring this room, you’ll have access to tables and chairs to set up how you wish.  You can also hire a large TV, projector and screen to help get your messages across to your audience.  Tea and coffee can also be provided.
