Combination Treatments

We offer several combination treatments. In fact, one of our most popular treatments is the Mix and Match. We also love our Ultimate Back & Face Treatment.

This is why we love our combination treatments:

 

Mix and Match

One and a half hours of therapeutic treatment, comprising of a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage, followed by a therapeutic reflexology treatment. You can add hot stones to the massage for an additional £5.

Ultimate Back & Facial Treatment

A combination treatment beginning with a 30 minute relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage, followed by an hour-long customised facial treatment. Your facial will be cleansed, toned and exfoliated and a mask will be applied. You will enjoy facial and neck massage.

Courses of Treatments

Courses of treatments are a great way of planning your massages, facials and reflexology treatments in order to get positive results.  All treatment effects are cumulative, so one treatment builds on another to create a larger impact.  We don’t see these treatments as a ‘treat’ but a way to encourage the body and mind to rest and repair.

An initial course of treatments will help your body to repair and we aim to help you over 4 sessions. These treatments will ideally be on a weekly basis over 4 weeks.  After this, it is useful to have a treatment plan going forward. We like to suggest 2 more treatments within the next month, before moving to a ‘maintenance programme’ of once per month.

Stress Buster

The stress-buster package is for those people who want to take time out to re-charge.

The Deluxe Stress Buster includes your choice of 3 treatments. When you book your treatment we ask you to choose from:  

  • Back, neck and shoulder massage or Indian Head Massage
  • Deluxe Dermalogica Facial Treatment
  • Reflexology
  • Deluxe Pedicure with hot booties and polish
  • Tea, coffee or hot chocolate is included*

*Refreshments and a warm foot spa are offered, usually after the 2nd treatment, where there will be a short 15 minute comfort break.

The Stress Buster includes:

  • Enjoy a tea, coffee or hot chocolate whilst having your feet soaked in a warm salt bath.

Teenage Pamper

Life can be pretty complicated being a teenager, so we offer some packages that we think will put a spring in your step.

Chill out – (90mins) – £70

  • Nourishing facial
  • Reflexology
  • Includes Coffee, Tea, Hot chocolate or Orange juice

Mum-to-be R&R

This 2 hour treatment is designed to relax and restore the mum-to-be. Enjoy a back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage. Massage of the lower arms, wrists and hands, legs, ankles and feet is also included. All aimed at reducing water retention and easing muscle tension. Reflexology can be offered to help balance the body.

Stop for a refreshing cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate whilst having your feet soaked in a warm salt bath. This will soften feet and help with general circulation.
